Connie Benigni (under the supervision of Dr. Evelyn Vanderveen) injured my face permanently with a laser. I met with Dr. Vanderveen to discuss the damage. However, she refused to examine my skin and denied the damage. She then sent me a letter saying she would no longer provide me with medical care. I was stunned. I trusted Connie and Dr. Vanderveen and never thought they would injure my face and leave me without help. I had to go to the Mayo Clinic for assistance. The doctors at the Mayo Clinic confirmed that my entire face was permanently injured by the laser.
